Sportsbook Academy provides an online educational platform designed to help individuals build successful careers and skills in the iGaming industry (collectively, including the Site, the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy explains what Personal Data we collect, how we use and share that data, and your choices concerning our data practices. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Use and Cookie Policy.

  • Course access and progress data: for as long as you have access to the Product, and up to 24 months thereafter for support and dispute handling.

  • Marketing data and consent records: for as long as you remain subscribed, and up to 5 years after you withdraw consent (to demonstrate compliance).
  • Invoices and accounting records: stored for 10 years in accordance with applicable law.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Subject to conditions and exceptions under applicable law, you may have the right to:
