Sportsbook Academy provides an online educational platform designed to help individuals build successful careers and skills in the iGaming industry (collectively, including the Site, the “Service”).

access to the Product, and up to 24 months thereafter for support and dispute

after closure of your request.
- Marketing data and consent records: for as long as you
remain subscribed, and up to 5 years after you withdraw consent (to demonstrate
compliance).
- Invoices and accounting records: stored for 10 years in
accordance with applicable law.

information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or
defend legal claims.
Subject to conditions and exceptions under applicable law,
you may have the right to:
